3, 2, 1… GO! This “boot camp” style class has you moving around the room from station to station, designed to test your strength, cardiovascular fitness and balance. You’ll do high-intensity intervals to give you the maximum workout in minimal time. With two people per station, you will be motivated to give it your all by your workout buddy. Come along and have a BLAST!
